If you don't feel comfortable placing your order online we also accept phone orders. Please call us Monday - Sunday between the hours of 10AM-6PM Mountain Time at 303-674-4666.  For the wholesale department please call 1-877-257-8963.
We also accept Money Orders, US based personal checks, and wire transfers. If you are paying with a personal check, please allow 7 business days for the check to clear before we ship your order.

In order for your order to be processed with these forms of payments please send us an email at info@skicountryantiques.com with the items you would like to order along with your name and address. We will send you back an email telling you how much shipping will be. Print out this email and send along with your money order, personal check, or wire transfer to the address below. If any of the items are out of stock we will adjust your balance by giving you store credit or sending a check with the balance due to you.

Freight

• Our normal terms are “from our base” (FOB) in Evergreen, Colorado, with orders shipped freight collect.  However, to assist customers to determine their freight costs in advance, we will pre-pay freight and bill per the following schedule subject to Ski Country Antiques approval.  
• Residential deliveries have additional charges.  Additional individual agreements need to be made with the carrier for inside deliveries (White Glove Delivery).
• We typically obtain 5 separate freight quotes.  We then pick the best rate.  

Non-Freight

• On our smaller items we typically use UPS, Fedex or DHL.  We take great care in moving, shipping, packing, packaging and crating your 'new' fragile, bulky and unusual Antiques.  UPS, Fedex and DHL Ground is only available within the continental United States. 

International Orders

US Airmail for International Orders We typically use US Airmail for all shipping outside the Continental United States. We have found this method to be quick, secure and cost effective. The US Postal Service generally approximates between 5 and 10 business days shipping time.

Rates Because international shipping rates can vary significantly based on weight, size and destination, we ask that you contact us for estimated shipping charges. Please email us at info@skicountryantiques.com and include your destination country and postal code. Thanks for your patience. Customs All international orders are subject to applicable customs duties and associated assessments and fees. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by Ski Country Antiques does NOT include any of these fees. You will normally be charged the Customs fees by the company that delivers the package at the time of delivery. Custom procedures may delay shipments.

Security

• Ski Country Antiques reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

• All claims must be made in writing within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. 
• Returns will be accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 
• No return or damaged merchandise will be accepted without prior approval from Ski Country Antiques Management.
• Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Returns will not be accepted for product which has been fabricated to customer’s specifications or prepared on a custom basis.
